Cruisin': Are We There Yet?--Scrapbook Kit

Another Road Trip themed layout coming your way! ;)  I don't currently have some photos for this layout, so I am making it a scrapbook kit.  I still have a stack of bulk B&T paper of this particular paper packet.  This paper is called, Cruisin'.  It came out in the Spring/Summer 2012 Ideabook.  I am hoping to have about 4 of these kits available for purchase ($8.00/ea + shipping & handling).  Usually my local customers snag these up.  Thanks for stopping by!  See you next time.

Road Trip: Louisville, Kentucky

Sometimes layouts take me days to complete.  Sometimes hours.  This one took me a couple of hours!!  Yay!!  I am really excited on how this one turned out.  This paper was fun to work with and it fits in the category of really "old" paper.  This paper is called Road Trip and it came out in the Fall of 2005.  Yes...I STILL have quite a bit of this paper!  Why?!  I don't know why... I just hang on to paper way too long...it is a mystery! ;)

When putting this layout together, I grabbed the green B&T paper first.  I made sure that the word Kentucky was visible and a focal point.  I outlined it with my journaling pen.  I also used the layout Pattern Now You See It from Magic™ How-To Program.  I just flipped the layout to fit my photos.  I hope you enjoy this layout.  Thanks for stopping by!

All supplies are CTMH unless otherwise noted:

Confetti Wishes: Happy Birthday to You Layout

Working away with this Fun and Cheerful, Confetti Wishes paper pack.  I wasn't too sure about this paper when I first saw it.  The stripes are pretty hypnotizing!  Like most papers that I am not crazy about, it just takes making lots of artwork with it to make it a favorite. :)

I was inspired by a layout by fellow CTMH consultant, Susan Williams, seen here.  She is super talented!  I changed mine up a little, but not too much.  I hope you like!  Thanks for stopping by. :)

All supplies are CTMH unless otherwise noted:

Paper:  Confetti Wishes paper pack
Cardstock: White Daisy, Thistle, Pear, and Canary
Ink: Whisper
Accessories: X7189C Confetti Wishes Complements, Gold ribbon (Offray), and Z2012 Gold Sequins

Boys will be Boys!

I have been a Close To My Heart consultant since 2005.  I know...almost 10 years!! :) :) I have been hoarding this paper called, Cocoa Café, for who knows how long!  I think maybe 2006.  I have quite a bit of it too.  I think I have a serious problem...I am not sure why I don't use up my paper right away.  Maybe I think that if I use it up....I won't have any left for when I have the perfect pictures to match it.  I know...CRAZY!!  Also, I seem to not follow through with my annual New Year's resolution of using up my old paper stash.  So...I am going to give it a go again and have the same resolution this year.  Here's hoping I follow through this time!!  Since I have a lot of this paper left, I think I will make it a kit and sell a couple of these layouts.  That is one way of cutting my stash away! ;)

Thanks for stopping by!  See you next time.

Heartstrings Valentine Workshop

I know....it's been awhile!!  I just have to face it...I am not a consistent blogger.  It is not easy to remember to post something even though I probably made something recently.

I have to give most of the credit for this workshop to fellow CTMH Consultant, Susan Williams.  She is AMAZING!!  I love every piece of artwork she creates.  She puts together kits to purchase and does so much work to create them.  She truly is an inspiration!  You can also check out her Facebook page.

I am having a Valentine Workshop in a couple of weeks.  I am really excited to get together and make these fun projects.  Thanks for stopping by!  See you next time.
