One of a Kind

This is my first time participating in a Papertrey Ink challenge.  When I saw the inspiration photo, I had to put something together.  The colors just are gorgeous...LOVE IT!!

I was inspired by the colors first of all, but I wanted to incorporate the window seat too.  So, I dug through all of my stamps and found the CTMH stamp set, Chairs To You, and voila...my card was complete.  I thought I would I should hop on over to the Mojo Monday blog and see what the sketch challenge was for the week and put both of the challenges together.

Mojo Monday 200

Squeezing in this Mojo Monday card right under the wire.  The deadline to enter is the end of today.  My mojo doesn't kick in until the end of the week apparently! ;)

I used some older Close To My Heart paper.  Slowly getting old paper used up.  The new CTMH Idea Book is coming out in August, so I need to make some room for more paper and accessories.  The new stuff is amazing...as usual!  I can't wait to play with it!

July Hostess Club Layout

A quick post to show off the layout I made for my Hostess Club members this month.  Paper flowers are the "it" thing in scrapbooking right now, so my club members requested to learn how to make some.  I had to make one that would lay somewhat flat in a scrapbook.  I hope my wonderful ladies like what I put together!!

Mojo Monday 198

I have been in a little bit of a funk.  I have not had a lot of motivation to craft, but I do like to try and enter the Mojo Monday contest at the beginning of the month.  I put together this very simple card and will probably add it to a collection of cards and things for my Hostess for this month.  Simple and sweet...sometimes those are the best cards!

Celebrating Dad...Mojo Monday 195

Father's Day is sneaking up fast and I had to get one made up for my WONDERFUL Dad!  I thought...why not use the Mojo Monday sketch for this week.  The paper pack I used is really masculine and is retired, but I am pretty set on using up my stash.

Here is the card I made for our Team Meeting in a couple of weeks.  I had to use the new Fanfare paper and a new stamp set.  It is simple, so having the ladies make it at the meeting will not be time consuming at all.  Simple and easy...sometimes those types of cards are the best!

Hip Hip Hooray! Another card to share with you today! I was going to use this as my card for everyone to make at our next Team Meeting, but it got a little too complicated and probably would have taken some time to make. I will post the card I put together for the meeting as soon as it is complete. This card is a sketch challenge for the Mojo Monday blog. Check out this website...I LOVE IT!!!
