Boys will be Boys!
I have been a Close To My Heart consultant since 2005. I know...almost 10 years!! :) :) I have been hoarding this paper called, Cocoa Café, for who knows how long! I think maybe 2006. I have quite a bit of it too. I think I have a serious problem...I am not sure why I don't use up my paper right away. Maybe I think that if I use it up....I won't have any left for when I have the perfect pictures to match it. I know...CRAZY!! Also, I seem to not follow through with my annual New Year's resolution of using up my old paper stash. So...I am going to give it a go again and have the same resolution this year. Here's hoping I follow through this time!! Since I have a lot of this paper left, I think I will make it a kit and sell a couple of these layouts. That is one way of cutting my stash away! ;)
Thanks for stopping by! See you next time.

Heartstrings Valentine Workshop
I know....it's been awhile!! I just have to face it...I am not a consistent blogger. It is not easy to remember to post something even though I probably made something recently.
I have to give most of the credit for this workshop to fellow CTMH Consultant, Susan Williams. She is AMAZING!! I love every piece of artwork she creates. She puts together kits to purchase and does so much work to create them. She truly is an inspiration! You can also check out her Facebook page.
I am having a Valentine Workshop in a couple of weeks. I am really excited to get together and make these fun projects. Thanks for stopping by! See you next time.

January 2015 Hostess Club Layout and Cards
I am trying to beat the Holiday stress and get my club layout and cards done before all the madness begins. I was inspired to use the additional layout provided in the Workshops on the Go® Hopscotch Scrapbooking Kit. Of course I changed the papers a little, but the layout and theme stayed the same. I think it would make a great Easter layout. I used the pattern from Magic: Mystify and also pulled in some paper from the paper packet Wanderful.
All supplies are CTMH unless otherwise noted:
Paper: Hopscotch paper packet and Wanderful paper packet
Cardstock: Flaxen, Colonial White, and Sunset
Ink: Smoothie, Flaxen, and Slate
Stamp sets: D1280 Spot On Backgrounds (retired) and D1638 Hopscotch Scrapbooking set
Accessories: Z1752 Clear Sparkles and Z3036 Flaxen Extra Thick Twine
Tools: Sand paper and sponge dauber
And finally, here are the cards. These came together really fast and were really fun to put together. I of course had to include the January Stamp of the Month (far left card). The set is geared toward a Valentine theme, but I tried to use it with a different approach. I hope you enjoy these projects. Thanks for stopping by!

Miracle Card Kit
Wow! It has been awhile since my last post. I have been out of town and out of my craft room until recently. I have a couple of clubs coming up and I usually like to have some scrapbook kits and card kits on hand to sell. I have lots and lots of older paper to use up and this works out great to get it used up.
I did both a scrapbook kit and card kit using this beautiful paper pack called Miracle. I really love the blue and green combination. I made two of these card kits and I hope I can sell them both. :) Thanks for stopping by! :)
